Watch Demos EZ v Select 'Open Database' from the File Menu to add or select another database. Any number of databases can be added. You could use one for home and one for business.
You can also select a database from the drop-down list on the toolbar. Databases cannot be merged so consider using categories instead of multiple databases.
You can select a startup category in Options on the Tools Menu. Click 'Add, 'Change', 'Copy', or 'Delete' to make changes to the address book. Enter one or more letters in the 'Find' text box to help locate a name on the list. Click 'Search EZ' to search for names in the address book.
Click 'Select Names' to select a subset of the names listed. Click 'Print Labels' to display and print labels. Click 'Add Category' to add, change, and delete categories. Any number of categories can be added. Select from the category drop-down list to show names for a specific category. You could add a category named "Christmas" or "Anniversary Party" and then add names to it for easy display in the EZ Address Book and for printing labels.
Place the cursor over the name on the right side of the screen to show when the name was Last Updated or Added. Some like to keep a variety of pages and sections in their planners and others prefer to keep it more simple.
And I love that you can add things in and take them out as your needs and desires change. You could print them and use them on their own posted to a cork board or the fridge. I wanted to keep them super functional but still flexible, so I opted not to put a title at the top.
This way you can create your own headings if you want or leave it blank for a unified look. I try to make sure that I keep the printables as ink friendly as I can while still adding some personality where I can. I have one in my home management binder for keeping track of family accounts, like the Netflix, Shomi and Wi-Fi passwords. I also printed one to keep in my office for my often used websites.

If you create one and never update it, the information on it might become useless. When you try to use the information to call your contact, you might find out that the number is already invalid. When you receive a new contact or new details from a previous contact, update all your books. Make the changes on your printed file, your saved file, and your smartphone.
To do this, you can create different columns for different information.
Like if you have one column for phone numbers and you input 4 or 5 numbers in it, you might get confused. In creating a template, make sure you have space for all the important details. Nowadays, we all have more than one contact information. People now have different phone numbers. We also have email addresses, social account details, office addresses, and more.
You may keep more than one address book. Just be sure you back-up everything regularly. Just create different sheets and groups on the same file to categorize your contacts.
If this is too complicated, you can create separate files for different categories. No matter how many address books you have, be sure to back them all up. Print out a copy and store it in a safe place. Then save a file on your computer and save another copy on an external disk.
But again, you need to sync all these files. All your contact details should be the same across all your address and phone books. As much as you love everyone in your life, you may forget one special occasion or another. In order to avoid that, you can also include relevant dates on your address book.
These include birthdays, anniversaries, and more. Then you can use your address book to help remind you of these dates.
